Air Shipping
Packages 0–25 lbs ship by Air Freight at $9 EC per pound, charged on actual weight with no dimensional weight. Choose Express Freight ($15 EC/lb) for 2–5 business days, or standard Air Freight for a more affordable 4–8 business day option. Packages over 25 lbs can ship by air on request, charged by dimensional weight.
Ocean Shipping
Packages over 25 lbs ship by ocean. Packages 26–99 lbs are $5.00 EC per pound plus a $50 handling fee; packages 100 lbs and over are $2.50 EC per pound plus a $75 handling fee. Ocean shipments typically arrive in 7–14 business days — ideal for furniture, appliances and bulk orders.
Package Forwarding
Sign up for free and receive a personal US shipping address instantly. Shop any US store, ship to that address, and we’ll forward your package on the next available flight to St. Kitts & Nevis.
Warehouse
Every package that arrives at our US warehouse is logged, inspected and securely held until it ships. You’ll get an email as soon as your package is received.
Package Tracking
Follow every package from Received at our warehouse through Processing, In Transit, Arrived and Ready for Pickup, right from your account or our tracking page.
Assisted Purchase
No US credit card, or trouble checking out online? Our team can purchase eligible items on your behalf from US stores, then receive and forward them to you as usual.
