Fastest option. Charged by actual weight.
No dimensional weight. Packages over 25 lbs ship by air on request (dimensional weight applies).
26–99 lbs: $5.00/lb + $50 handling. 100 lbs & over: $2.50/lb + $75 handling.
All rates are in EC dollars. Air Freight covers packages 0–25 lbs and is charged on actual weight — no dimensional weight. Packages over 25 lbs can still ship by air on request, charged by dimensional weight. Ocean Freight applies to packages over 25 lbs: $5.00/lb plus a $50 handling fee for 26–99 lbs, and $2.50/lb plus a $75 handling fee for 100 lbs and over. Express Freight is $15.00/lb. Insurance and any customs charges are additional.
This is only an estimate. Final cost is confirmed when your package is invoiced.
Frequently asked questions
We ship at least three (3) times per week from our US warehouse. As long as you have submitted your invoice to us, you can expect to receive your package within three business days of it arriving at our warehouse.
We do not offer package consolidation — all packages are shipped as they are received. However, we do offer a multiple-packages discount for customers who have more than one package in a shipment.
Air Freight packages 0–25 lbs are charged on actual weight only — no dimensional weight. Packages sent by air on request when they are over 25 lbs are charged by dimensional weight (length × width × height in inches, divided by 166, rounded up).
We hold your packages for fourteen (14) days after you're notified by email that they're ready for pickup. Packages remaining at our facilities longer than 14 days are deemed abandoned, and their contents may be auctioned or sold.
Sign up for free to get a personal US shipping address. Shop any US store and ship your purchase to that address. We receive it at our warehouse, notify you by email, and forward it to St. Kitts & Nevis on the next available flight.
